Dr. Richard Kass has distinguished himself among his colleagues by being honored with the 2016 Test and Evaluation Professional Award for the publication of his work, titled “Twenty-one Parameters for Rigorous, Robust, and Realistic OT,” which was published in The International Test and Evaluation Association’s (ITEA) June, 2015 edition of the Journal of Test and Evaluation. Dr. Kass’s work bridges the gap between Design of Experiment (DOE) statistical procedures and actual test range practices.
A special awards luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, during the 33rd Annual Symposium at the Hyatt Regency in Reston, Virginia. ITEA annually presents six Professional T&E Awards to honor the individuals and groups that have made significant contributions to advancing the Test and Evaluation (T&E) profession.
