HUNTSVILLE, Ala – Geeks and Nerds (GaN) has received an SBIR Phase II award supporting the Logistical Enterprise Enhancement Platform (LEEP) and further developing an innovative solution for modernizing logistics and maintenance for the US Army. Geeks and Nerds’ solution, Super Geek Technology – Novel Enterprise Report Development System (SGT-NERDS), brings innovative software enhancements to the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning system.

“SGT-NERDS will increase usability and efficiency by providing adaptive and intuitive algorithms for our soldiers. We are grateful to the Army Application Laboratory for this award and look forward to developing a product that will make a significant improvement for the US Army.” said Dr. Jonn Kim, CEO and principal investigator of SGT-NERDS. Ben Henrie, business unit lead and program manager of SGT-NERDS added, “We will incorporate advanced algorithms including machine learning to modernize the logistics and maintenance.
